Pay exceptions will display pay exceptions which only apply to certain states. Back Pay allows you to enter a missed shift for a week that is already closed. You can only enter missing shifts (start and end times). |

3. | You have to enter the missed shift and the system will calculate the pay. To enter a missed shift, select the week the missed punch occurred, then select Add Punch |

4. | Make sure the Punch Date is correct, select the employee that is getting back pay. Enter in their job and start and end punches. If they had a meal, then click Continue, otherwise click Save |
