Login to Workday.

Go to the Talent and Performance Dashboard within the Apps Menu.

On the right hand side under the Check-In's section, click on Reviews.

You will see a list of all your reviews. Find the review you want to view additional details on and click the View button within that row.

The review you selected will appear. You can view the details within Workday or you can download as a PDF to print or save. The PDF icon is at the top right of the page.
