Once on Workday, enter your user name.

Your user name is set as your 7-digit employee ID (EID).

Enter your initial password.

Your initial password is automatically set to:
Wd_ _ _ _ (last 4 of Social)_ _ (2-digit birthday)

Example:

SSN: 123-45-6789

Birthday: 02/01/1990

Password: Wd678901

Click Sign In.

4.

Re-enter the initial password, then create a new password.

Password Rules:

• Must not be the same as your user name.

• 7 character minimum

• At least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number

• Cannot be used twice in a year or be one of the last 3 passwords used

Click Submit.

Provide answers for the 3 Challenge Questions.

Click Submit.

Congratulations, you now know how to login to Workday.
