This job aid will provide you the steps on how to complete a Reissued Form I-9. This is currently for pilot groups only, you would have been previously notified if you are to use this process.

Action

1.

Login to your Workday account using your Employee ID and password. 

2.

You will find the I-9 task in your Workday inbox. 

3.

Within the Complete Form I-9 Task in Workday, there will be a link the employee must click on which will take them to the Equifax site to complete Section 1.

DO NOT click Submit within the Workday task until you have completed Section 1 in Equifax. If this happens, the task will need to be reissued again.

4.

Complete Section 1 within the Equifax site. Refer to Job Aid: Complete Form I-9.

5.

Once the new hire has completed Section 1 in Equifax, they will need to go back into Workday and Submit the Complete Form I-9 task

DO NOT submit the Workday task until after Section 1 has been fully completed in Equifax.

6.

The manager will be notified by Equifax that Section 1 has been completed and Section 2 is now pending completion by the manager in Equifax.
