This job aid will guide you through the process of modifying your contact information in Workday.

Contact information includes your home address, phone number, and email address.

Action

1.

Once logged into Workday, click on Menu (upper lefthand corner).

2.

Click the Personal Information.

3.

Click Contact Information under the Change section.

4.

Click the Edit button.

5.

To edit your address:

  • Go to the section titled Primary Address.

  • Use the Pencil icon to make updates to your address.

  • Once changes have been made, click the checkmark icon to save the section.

Please Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk * are required.

To edit your phone number:

  • Go to the section titled Primary Phone.

  • Use the Pencil icon to make updates to your phone number.

  • Once changes have been made, click the checkmark icon to save the section.

To edit your email address:

  • Go to the section titled Primary Email.

  • Use the Pencil icon to make updates to your email address.

  • Once changes have been made, click the checkmark icon to save the section.

When complete, click Submit.
