Below listed are the steps when hiring in a candidate and the onboarding process following the completed hire.

1. | Log into Workday. |
2. | On the left hand side of the screen, click “Menu” to open your apps. Then select the “Recruiting Dashboard” to review your candidates. |
3. | On your dashboard you will see a section labeled “My Requisitions”, click on one of your evergreens to review your candidates.

4. | Once reviewing the evergreen, click on the Candidates tab. Filter the date applied by ascending order. |
5. | After being filtered, click the checkbox to the far left, then select the decline button. Then select the reason for declining the application, the options are reasonings are listed below:
