Manually Uploading Documents in Workday

Please download the attached PDF for steps on how Managers can manually upload documents to an employee’s profile. 

Please note: This will usually be used for new hires that are minors if the Age Certification/Work Permit documentation was not added during the hiring process. New hires that are minors will not be able to be work until the correct documentation is uploaded.

This process can also be used to add signed documents such as wage notices to the employee’s profile.
