How to Find the Awaiting Action Link

This job aid will guide you through steps to take if you are unable to move forward with a candidate.

Go to your recruiting dashboard.

Once you are on your recruiting dashboard you will go to the candidate tab.

From the candidate tab look for the candidate you would like to move forward. Click the candidate’s name.

When you click the candidate’s name, it takes you to the candidate’s application. We recommend using this view when you are moving candidates as it provides other helpful information.

From this screen you will see a section on the right labeled “Step” and underneath it  indicates what task or step of the hiring process the candidate's application is on. To the right of  “Step” you will see the section labeled “Awaiting”. Under “Awaiting” is a number. When you click the number it will show who can take action on the task.

If the management/recruiting team is listed, they will need to go to their inbox to complete the pending task. Once the pending task is complete, they can move to the next step/task of the hiring process. 

If the candidate’s name is listed, they will need to log in to their candidate account and complete the pending tasks. If you or the candidate need assistance please see this link, https://finishline.atlassian.net/l/cp/517FLc2Q.
