This job aid will provide Web Managers the steps on how to login to the Equifax I-9 Portal. This is currently for pilot groups only, you would have been previously notified if you are to use this process.
Note: new New hires will access Equifax via their Workday task during onboarding to complete Section 1, this link will only provide access to Web Managers to complete Section 2.
Step | Action |

1. | Login to Workday. |
2. | Click on the Employee Management Dashboard from the menu list.   |
3. | On the right hand side, under Actions, click Equifax Web Manager.  Note: You will not see this option if you do not have access. |
4. | IF you have been given access, you will be directed to the Equifax I-9 Management Dashboard which is where you will complete your team’s I-9s. Note: You will receive an error message if you do not have access.  |
