Signing into Equifax I-9 Portal (Web Managers)

This job aid will provide Web Managers the steps on how to login to the Equifax I-9 Portal.

Note: New hires will access Equifax via their Workday task during onboarding to complete Section 1, this link will only provide access to Web Managers to complete Section 2.

Login to Workday.

Click on the Employee Management Dashboard from the menu list.

On the right hand side, under Actions, click Equifax Web Manager.

Note: You will not see this option if you do not have access.

4.

IF you have been given access, you will be directed to the Equifax I-9 Management Dashboard which is where you will complete your team’s I-9s.

Note: You will receive an error message if you do not have access.
