Follow the steps below to upload your COVID vaccination card.

Action

1.

Login with your Employee ID and Password.

2.

You will find a task in your Workday inbox labeled Upload your COVID Vaccination card: Your Name.

3.

Click on the task.

4.

Click and review the COVID Vaccination Card policy document.pdf.

 

5.

If you agree and want to move forward. Check the “I agree” box.

 

6.

Next, Take a photo of your Vaccination card and drop the PDF in Drop File here or Select file box.

7.

Press Submit
