Review Documents in Workday with Adobe eSign

This Job Aid will guide a Store through the process of reviewing documentation in Workday and signing using Adobe Sign.

Action

1.

Once logged into Workday, navigate to your Workday Inbox.

2.

Navigate to the action regarding your documentation and once you have reviewed the documentation, click on the E-sign by Adobe Sign button at the bottom.

 

3.

The document(s) that need your review and signature will open. After reviewing the documentation, at the bottom of the screen click on the blue Continue button.

 

4.

If you are unable to locate the areas on the document(s) that require your attention, click on the Next Required button at the top right corner.

 

5.

Fill out any required field(s) on the document(s).

 

6.

Click on the blue button labeled Click to Sign.

 

7.

You will be taken back to your Workday Inbox and you can click on the Submit button at the bottom to complete the step(s).
