Blue Yonder: Resetting Passwords
Managers can reset an employee’s password in Blue Yonder if it is forgotten.
If a manager forgets their password another manager can reset it.
Instructions
Step | Action |
---|---|
1. | Log into Blue Yonder. |
2. | In the upper right hand corner of the screen make sure the store listed is the employee’s home store. If it is not, click on location and change to correct location. |
3. | Once the correct location is displayed in the upper right hand corner, select the Employee tab. |
4. | Select Employee Profile. |
5. | Select an Employee from the drop down menu. |
6. | To find an employee you can type in any consecutive letters in the employee's name and a condensed list will appear. For example, if you are looking for Jadon; start typing ja and a narrowed down list will appear- making it easier to find the employee. |
7. | Press Password Reset button. |
8. | Enter a new password and confirm password and press Save. |
9. | You will then have to enter YOUR password to confirm, press Save. |
10. | When the employee logs in for the first time, they will be required to change their password. |
