Blue Yonder: Resetting Passwords

Managers can reset an employee’s password in Blue Yonder if it is forgotten.

If a manager forgets their password another manager can reset it.

1.

Log into Blue Yonder.

In the upper right hand corner of the screen make sure the store listed is the employee’s home store. If it is not, click on location and change to correct location.

Once the correct location is displayed in the upper right hand corner, select the Employee tab.

Select Employee Profile.

Select an Employee from the drop down menu.

To find an employee you can type in any consecutive letters in the employee's name and a condensed list will appear. For example, if you are looking for Jadon; start typing ja and a narrowed down list will appear- making it easier to find the employee.

Press Password Reset button.

Enter a new password and confirm password and press Save.

9.

You will then have to enter YOUR password to confirm, press Save.

10.

When the employee logs in for the first time, they will be required to change their password.
