Missing I-9 in Equifax

A Missing I-9 occurs when the employee doesn’t complete the I-9 within 30 days of the hire date. Equifax will then classify the I-9 as Missing. We are legally required to complete Section 2 of the I-9 within 3 business days of the hire date and Section 1  should be completed prior or by the hire date.
